Now that the hustle and bustle of Christmas is over it's time to re-connect with your loved ones.  The days are shorter but that means the nights are longer!  Unpredictable weather also means you may be spending more time indoors.  Start to use your imagination when it comes to spending that quality time with your partner.  Over the holidays my husband and I decided we would do a puzzle together, something we haven't done in a very long time.  It was a great way to relax, have a drink and talk.  It also helps build communication and co-operation skills by having to ask for help looking for a puzzle piece or work on a certain corner to get a tough section finished.  Before you know it, we had spent 5 quality hours together talking and re-connecting, no kids, no phone, no nothing.  I also received a sexy apron with matching oven glove and a very cool rolling pin (I love to cook and bake) as gifts and turned it in to an opportunity to do some sexy cooking with my husband!  This kind of chore can sometimes be the most boring and mundane so anything to spice it up makes it more interesting.  If you try to make the "yucky" things a little more exciting with fun incentives it keeps you from losing your sanity and builds a closeness that is refreshing.  Making chili together can be as spicey as you want it to be...use your imagination.  Maybe offer a kiss or a little spank for every three glasses you take out of the dishwasher or nibble on your lover's neck when you pin them against the counter.  You never know where it can lead you then suddenly you'll want to be unloading the dishwasher all the time!  Little things go a long way but it takes some effort and persistence.  The payoff is really worth it so go ahead and surprise him or her tonight with some fun and flirty kitchen moves of your own.  Stay connected and in love.
